About the Role As our Digital Marketing Intern , you’ll dive into the full spectrum of digital marketing - from brainstorming content ideas and planning calendars, to coordinating workflows, managing channels, and tracking analytics. It’s a chance to learn how marketing comes together in a startup, while contributing directly to how Next Lap connects with its community. Responsibilities Content & Campaign Planning: Support ideation and calendar planning across social, email, and web. Project Management: Help coordinate timelines, assets, and workflows. Channel Management: Assist in managing our social channels, blog, and newsletter. Basic proficiency in designing and understanding design principles - knowing what makes content visually appealing and effective. Analytics: Track basic performance metrics, pull insights, and suggest improvements. Collaboration: Work with design, product, and community teams to bring campaigns to life. Requirements / Skills Strong interest in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand building . Some experience or currently pursuing a course in digital marketing, social media, or related fields. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn insights, scheduling tools).
