Social Media Manager

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, and execute content calendars for multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Manage posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and platform optimization
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and the strategy team to bring ideas to life
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/ monthly reports
• Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and AI tools
• Oversee community management: replies, DMs, comments, and engagement
• Bring fresh ideas, tech-driven experiments, and growth insights to the table

🎯 You're a Perfect Fit If You…

• Are tech-savvy and comfortable using new tools (AI tools, scheduling platforms, analytics, etc.)
• Have great written and verbal communication skills
• Understand social media algorithms and content formats
• Have a strong sense of aesthetic, storytelling, and brand voice
• Can manage multiple projects and deadlines without chaos
• Are proactive, responsible, and ready to level up with Expansio

📌 Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Knowledge of paid ads (Meta/Google)
• Experience working with agencies, creators, or doctors
