Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology and will be well-versed in digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email, and websites
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or related role (1–3 years minimum preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Video editing skills (for reels, shorts, or YouTube content)
  • Knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
