Talent Acquisition and Content Coordinator (For an Islamic Spiritual Wellbeing App) Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Talent Acquisition and Content Coordinator to support the creation of our Islamic spiritual wellbeing app. This role is perfect for someone energetic, people-oriented, and detail-focused, who can help us onboard writers, artists, and other creative contributors while coordinating content throughout the production cycle. Key Responsibilities Program & Content Research Assist in maintaining the list of program categories, sub-categories, and program names. Research content from other wellbeing and Islamic apps for benchmarking and fresh ideas. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Identify and reach out to potential contributors, including: Writers (program writers, story writers) Popular speakers and scholars Voice-over artists & audio editors Graphic & motion illustrators Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Support the onboarding process: emails, calls, meetings, and walkthroughs of documentation. Prepare and maintain agreements with creators. Coordination & Documentation Save content systematically to the cloud repository. Coordinate with all contributors (writers, editors, VO, designers, illustrators) to ensure smooth collaboration. Track deadlines and progress in project management tools. Daily Activities Outreach (emails, calls, and follow-ups with talent). Support talent onboarding and documentation. Content follow-ups and repository updates. Coordinate with the Customer Success volunteers for beta testing feedback. Work with Naqeeb (program group admins/researchers) to align program cycles. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication skills (email, phone, presentations). Organized and detail-oriented with basic project coordination skills. Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a mission-driven Islamic environment . Interest in Islamic knowledge, wellbeing, or content development (preferred). Digital Marketing & Outreach Manager for an Islamic App We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead the digital marketing, outreach, and partnerships for our Islamic app. The role requires creativity, strong coordination skills, and the ability to execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Market Research Conduct research to understand user needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in Islamic/spiritual apps. Identify opportunities for growth across digital and offline channels. 2. Marketing Coordination Work closely with the graphic designer to ensure all marketing design requirements are delivered on time. Coordinate with the content creation volunteer group to ensure consistency of messaging and quality. Prepare and manage the annual social media calendar , ensuring consistent activity across all platforms. 3. Oversee PR activities , ensuring positive visibility and reputation management. 5. Email Marketing Plan, design, and deliver engaging email campaigns (content + design + delivery). 6. Outreach Programs Design and manage a College Ambassador Program , engaging students across campuses. Build and maintain a network of social media influencers , handling outreach, onboarding, and collaborations. Explore shoutout opportunities with relevant community pages, thought leaders, and Islamic content creators. 7. Social Media Management Manage all social media handles , ensuring regular posting, engagement, and follower growth. Track and engage with social media content creators in the Islamic and wellness niche. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community outreach . Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
