Digital Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
• Support link-building initiatives by identifying potential backlink opportunities and assisting with outreach efforts.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging and high-quality website content, blog posts, articles, and other marketing materials.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and SEO best practices.
• Assist with content optimization for search engines.
• Monitor and report on website performance using analytics tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with link-building strategies is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) is a bonus.
