Role Description

performance-driven Ads Manager

Your main focus will be to strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns that generate quality leads, drive conversions, and build YogKulam’s digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage

  Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)

  campaigns — lead generation, remarketing, and brand awareness.
• Develop and monitor

  ad performance metrics

  (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  of creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Coordinate with the

  creative & content team

  for ad visuals, copy, and video assets.
• Manage

  Google Ads

  (Search + Display) campaigns on a smaller scale.
• Support

  SEO activities

  — keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
• Track daily spends, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and suggest growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  Meta Ads Management

  (minimum 1–2 years hands-on experience).
• Basic working knowledge of

  Google Ads

  and

  SEO tools

  (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reading ad dashboards and interpreting data.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ownership and integrity.
