The Hive is a premium coworking and managed office space provider, fostering vibrant communities across major cities in India. We are looking for a digital marketing expert to help us drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement through data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage SEO & SEM activities to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging digital assets.
• Work closely with sales/community teams to generate and nurture leads.
• Stay updated on digital trends and suggest new growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ads.
• Ability to work with data, generate reports, and optimize ROI.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with an analytical approach.
