Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate high-quality leads for solar installations. You will combine creativity with analytical skills to manage our digital presence across various platforms and help potential customers understand the value and benefits of solar power.  📝 Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads (PPC), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), and email marketing. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content (on-page SEO), and manage paid search campaigns to improve organic rankings and website visibility. Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and relevant content, such as blog posts, case studies, videos, infographics, and email newsletters, tailored to the solar industry's target audience. Social Media Management: Manage and enhance the company's social media presence, creating content calendars, posting updates, and engaging with the community to build brand presence and credibility. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, ROI, and lead generation. Lead Nurturing: Implement email marketing and CRM strategies to nurture leads through the customer journey, from initial interest to conversion and potential referrals. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, renewable energy policies (subsidies, net metering), and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, installation, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless customer experience.
