Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads. Manage all digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing. Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and website to attract and retain customers. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics to optimize for maximum effectiveness. Collaborate with the sales team to identify target audiences and develop marketing campaigns that effectively reach and convert them into customers. Utilize telecalling skills to follow up with leads, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments with potential clients. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and personalized interactions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into our strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on sales and telecalling. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers over the phone and in writing. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
