We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive – Shikhar Automation

Shikhar Automation is expanding our marketing team. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute
EDM (Email Direct Marketing)
campaigns with measurable performance tracking
Manage
social media
content calendar, engagement, and analytics reporting
Design visual content including posts, reels, and promotional materials
Run and optimize
Meta advertising campaigns
for lead generation and brand awareness
Support merchandise and marketing collateral design for events and branding activities

Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, email marketing tools, and digital analytics
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
Creative mindset with strong communication skills
