Key Responsibilities

• Plan, run, and optimize

  lead-gen/sales campaigns

  on

  Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest

• Build and iterate funnels

  and

  landing pages

  for higher

  CVR

  (CRO mindset)
• Do

  audience & keyword research

  ; craft hooks, offers, creatives, and CTAs
• Set up

  tracking

  (UTMs, pixels, events) and maintain clean dashboards
• Run

  A/B tests

  on ads, creatives, pages, and offers; ship learnings weekly
• Report on

  CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV

  with clear next steps
• Use

  automation tools

  (Zapier/Make/CRM) to speed lead flow and follow-ups
• Use

  AI tools

  (idea generation, copy draft, quick creative variants) responsibly
• Coordinate with

  design & content

  teams for ad assets and landing page sections
• Stay updated on

  platform & policy changes

  ; propose new growth experiments
