Interview Date: 7th June 2025 Time: 10:30 AM Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution Design and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our app Identify and segment campaigns for product promotions Content Creation & Brand Messaging Develop compelling ads, videos, blog posts, landing pages, and social media content Align messaging with our mission and company culture Channel Management Leverage platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter , and talent forums Run targeted ad campaigns on Google Ads , Meta Ads , and job portals Engagement & Community Building Build and nurture user communities through events, webinars, challenges , and behind-the-scenes content Monitor interactions and convert engagement into action Analytics & Optimization Track campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates, CPL, etc.) Optimize campaigns using data insights Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (branding or network marketing focus preferred) Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Campaign Manager, HubSpot , etc. Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills Understanding of how to market digital products effectively Passion for digital culture, social networking trends, and creative communities Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Email Marketing , and funnel strategies Ability to collaborate across departments Should work independently.
