Job Title: Education Counsellor Company/Institute: Onclick Digital Marketing Academy Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad Experience Required: 1 to 5 Years Salary Range: ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time Gender Preference: Female candidates only Languages Required: Telugu (Fluent) English (Good Communication Skills) Hindi (Conversational) Educational Qualifications: Candidates must hold a degree in one of the following: MBA BBA BCA B.Com M.Com MCA Key Skills Required: Student Handling Counselling & Career Guidance Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills Lead Conversion & Follow-up Basic Computer Knowledge Job Responsibilities: Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries regarding available courses Provide detailed information about course structure, fees, and career prospects Understand student requirements and guide them to the right course Maintain student records and update lead tracking systems Follow up on inquiries and convert leads to admissions Assist with student onboarding and coordinate with training teams Represent the academy during promotional events and workshops when needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
