Location: Noida, Sector 16 (Work from Office)

Department: Counseling / Sales

Experience: 0–3 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Education Counselor to guide students about various academic programs and help them make informed career decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career options, and admission procedures.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs offered by the institute.
• Maintain and update records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Assist students throughout the enrollment process and ensure a smooth admission experience.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
• Participate in promotional and marketing activities such as webinars, seminars, and counseling sessions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students for future references and referrals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Prior experience in counseling, tele-sales, or EdTech will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
