Job Description

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing, etc.). Create engaging content for social media, website, blogs, and email newsletters. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to optimize campaigns. Manage company’s social media accounts and engage with followers. Coordinate online advertising efforts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research and networking. Generate and qualify leads via digital channels, cold calling, and in-person meetings. Present company services/products to prospective clients and conduct sales presentations. Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records, track leads, and follow up to close deals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Gather market intelligence to identify trends and customer needs.
