About the role The Field Sales Executive at Autozilla Solutions plays a crucial role in driving sales by directly engaging with car garage owners. This role involves visiting garages, taking spare parts orders, coordinating with the procurement team, ensuring competitive pricing, and collecting payments before dispatch. The executive is also responsible for building strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is a field-based, target-driven role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in automotive sales. Role & responsibilities Visit car garage owners in the assigned territory to generate new business and build strong customer relationships. Collect and record spare parts orders from garages and coordinate with the internal procurement team to fulfill those orders. Ensure all products offered to customers are competitively priced and aligned with market standards. Collect payments from customers before dispatching the products to ensure smooth cash flow and avoid delays. Follow up regularly with existing customers to generate repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Provide timely market feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing trends. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and payment collections. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the automobile or spare parts industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to handle and collect cash or digital payments responsibly. Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts is a plus. Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in person. Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience. Graduate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or a related field. Proficiency in local language; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.

Role & responsibilities Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
