Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive – Online Jewelry (US Market) We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing, particularly for the US market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our online jewelry brand’s growth by executing digital strategies, optimizing campaigns, and expanding our reach to US-based customers. Key Responsibilities ·     Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the US market for our online jewelry brand. ·     Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities specific to US consumers. ·     Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and user experience, focusing on key jewelry-buying behaviors in the US market. ·     Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce high-converting ad copy, blog posts, social content, and promotional materials aimed at US audiences. ·     Manage social media accounts, engage with US-based communities, and increase brand visibility through influencer partnerships and creative campaigns. ·     Stay current with US digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms relevant to the jewelry sector. Professional Experience ·     Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns, preferably with at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience. ·     Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns to achieve business goals. ·     Prior background in the jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods sector (US market focus).   Technical and Analytical Skills ·     Strong understanding of Meta advertising platforms, tools, and their updates. ·     Proficiency using advertising analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting dashboards. ·     Ability to manage and analyze campaign data for key metrics like ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), conversion rates, etc. ·     Skilled in audience targeting, pixel management, and retargeting strategies. ·     Experience conducting A/B testing for ad creatives and strategies. Strategic and Creative Abilities ·     Strategic planning skills to align ad campaigns with business objectives. ·     Creative mindset for developing engaging ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience. ·     Knowledge of various Meta ad formats (carousel, video, dynamic ads, etc.) and how to use them effectively. Requirements: ·     Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate within teams. ·     Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ·     Presentation and reporting skills to communicate strategies and results to stakeholders. ·     Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. ·     Proven track record managing digital campaigns specifically targeting the US market. ·     Strong understanding of US consumer behavior and online jewelry market nuances. ·     Creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. ·     Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, and major email marketing platforms.   Additional Plus Points ·     Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships in the US. ·     Up-to-date with current trends and compliance standards in digital advertising and Meta’s advertising policies.
