Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Developing and Executing Digital Marketing Strategies: This includes creating and managing campaigns across various channels like social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), and online advertising. Analyzing Campaign Performance: Using analytics tools like Google Analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better results. Content Creation and Management: Developing engaging content (text, images, videos) for websites, social media, and other digital platforms. Website Optimization: Ensuring the company website is optimized for search engines and user experience. Budget Management: Preparing and adhering to a digital marketing budget. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and competitor activities. Collaboration: Working with other teams (sales, design, etc.) to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution. Reporting: Providing regular reports and analysis on campaign performance to stakeholders. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining relationships with influencers and other relevant contacts. Skills Required: Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights to improve campaign performance. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation, campaign reporting, and collaboration. Creative Skills: Ability to develop engaging and innovative marketing campaigns. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms). Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
