Moreover, the intern will actively contribute to content development and assist in various marketing communications tasks. Front Desk Management : Greet and assist visitors/clients. Manage incoming calls and route them to concerned departments. Handle visitor entries and maintain records. Administrative Support : Manage daily office operations. Handle emails, documentation, and filing. Maintain office supplies inventory. Coordinate with vendors and service providers. Client Coordination : Follow up with clients for meetings & documentation. Support in scheduling client appointments. Assisting Management : Provide admin support to senior management.
