Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other performance-based channels. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid campaigns that deliver measurable results in terms of leads, sales, and ROI. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. Create engaging ad copies, select relevant creatives, and ensure brand consistency. Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies to meet KPIs. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to support landing pages and creatives. Perform A/B testing on creatives and campaign elements. Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media. Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms like LinkedIn or Twitter Ads. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and UTM tracking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage budgets and optimize for maximum ROI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus. Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage). Knowledge of SEO and organic social strategies.
