Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality photographs and videos of real estate properties, including interiors, exteriors, and aerial views (drone expertise preferred). Plan and execute shoots to meet project deadlines and client expectations. Edit photos and videos to enhance quality, ensuring they align with brand standards. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce visually appealing content for websites, social media, and ads. Stay updated with industry trends and innovative techniques to elevate the visual presentation of properties. Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment. Qualifications Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, preferably in real estate. Proficiency in photo and video editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro. Applicant must have his own DSLR cameras, stabilizers, drones, and other professional equipment. Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and angles. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong portfolio showcasing real estate or architectural work (preferred). Preferred Skills Experience with drone videography and aerial photography.
