Role Description: Videographer- Bleep Studio (a division of NOW Media)

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Videographer to join Bleep Studio, the content and social media vertical of NOW Media. In this role, you will work on creating compelling visual content, with a strong focus on editing videos, producing reels for Instagram, and designing motion graphics that bring brand narratives to life.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and capture high?quality photos and videos across campaigns, events, products, and social content.
• Edit photos and videos end?to?end for social platforms (primarily Instagram), including reels and short?form formats.
• Create basic motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling (good to have).
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and strategists to translate concepts into compelling visual outputs.
• Ensure brand consistency across composition, color, typography, and edit style.
• Stay current on trends in formats, transitions, audio, and effects on Instagram and YouTube.
• Organize and maintain media libraries, project files, and naming conventions efficiently.
• Repurpose shoots into multiple formats/aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9) and cut?downs.

Qualifications

• 15 years of hands?on experience in photography and videography, plus editing, ideally in a creative/agency setup.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for video; Lightroom and Photoshop for photo; After Effects or equivalent for motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, shot selection, color correction/grading, and platform?specific requirements.
• Ability to handle quick turnarounds and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of sound design fundamentals (music, SFX, dialogue cleanup) and export settings.
• A creative eye for lighting, framing, and composition; strong attention to detail.
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating both photo and video work is mandatory; please include links in the resume.

• CTC: ?3 ?7 LPA, based on experience and skillset
• Location: On-site, Bengaluru (preference for candidates residing locally)
