Role Overview: Digital Marketing Executive We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and result-oriented with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve rankings and drive organic traffic Create and manage content calendars for social media and blogs Manage paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta) and track performance using Google Analytics Run targeted lead generation campaigns and landing pages Analyze data to measure ROI and performance of campaigns Collaborate with internal design/content teams for creative assets Monitor competitors and stay up-to-date with digital trends Key Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc. Strong communication and project management skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000/month based on your profile Performance bonuses and career advancement opportunities Creative freedom and a supportive work culture Exposure to high-impact projects in the financial services space A chance to build a strong personal brand in the industry
