You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing engaging videos that educate, inform, and engage our target audience of HR professionals and business leaders. • Collaborate with our business, sales, and functional team to brainstorm, plan, and execute captivating video concepts that align with our positioning for products and solutions • Create visually appealing animations and videos that effectively communicate concepts related to our products and solutions for SaaS as well as Mobile App • Conceptualize, create, and edit marketing videos in various formats, including regular product and promotion videos, 2D animated, and 3D animated videos • Translate SaaS product as well as mobile app use case stories into engaging and visually appealing video content • Utilize your expertise in video editing software to curate visually appealing content, ensuring seamless transitions, clean cuts, and eye-catching effects • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing and implement innovative techniques to enhance the overall quality of our videos • Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content Requirements: • 2 to 7 years of experience in creating compelling business videos, including corporate, product explanatory, short/long form/social etc. • Passion for Animation and Video Production; should have a genuine interest in creating captivating animations and videos • Past experience of working on technology based videos is a major plus • Super Creative and ability to think outside the box and translate complex ideas into visually engaging content in all forms • Expertise in using video tools like Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Blender, Canva etc. • Creation of videos from the brief provided by functional teams • Proficient in developing storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts for video projects • Expertise in creating video stories using stock videos as well as video templates • Ability to edit and enhance existing video content to improve clarity and impact • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for visual aesthetics and the ability to maintain consistency • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and take feedback constructively • Time Management: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines • Communication Skills: Clear communication and the ability to convey ideas effectively • Innovative and out-of-the-box thinker
