Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented and highly Creative Video Creator to join our growing HR technology

company. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing engaging videos that

educate, inform, and engage our target audience of HR professionals and business leaders.

• Collaborate with our business, sales, and functional team to brainstorm, plan, and execute

captivating video concepts that align with our positioning for products and solutions

• Create visually appealing animations and videos that effectively communicate concepts

related to our products and solutions for SaaS as well as Mobile App

• Conceptualize, create, and edit marketing videos in various formats, including regular

product and promotion videos, 2D animated, and 3D animated videos

• Translate SaaS product as well as mobile app use case stories into engaging and visually

appealing video content

• Utilize your expertise in video editing software to curate visually appealing content,

ensuring seamless transitions, clean cuts, and eye-catching effects

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing and implement innovative

techniques to enhance the overall quality of our videos

• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content

Requirements:

• 2 to 7 years of experience in creating compelling business videos, including corporate,

product explanatory, short/long form/social etc.

• Passion for Animation and Video Production; should have a genuine interest in creating

captivating animations and videos

• Past experience of working on technology based videos is a major plus

• Super Creative and ability to think outside the box and translate complex ideas into

visually engaging content in all forms

• Expertise in using video tools like Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Blender, Canva

etc.

• Creation of videos from the brief provided by functional teams

• Proficient in developing storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts for video projects

• Expertise in creating video stories using stock videos as well as video templates

• Ability to edit and enhance existing video content to improve clarity and impact

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for visual aesthetics and the ability to maintain consistency
