Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing and Communications
  • Create content for social media, newsletters, website, brochures, and campaigns.
  • Manage scheduling, engagement, and basic analytics for social platforms.
  • Design simple creatives using Canva or similar tools.
  • Support event promotions, outreach activities, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Donor Relations
  • Maintain donor databases and update records in CRM or Excel.
  • Draft thank-you messages, renewal communication, and impact updates.
  • Coordinate donor calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing donor reports, presentations, and feedback documents.
  • Backend and Operations
  • Maintain documentation, files, and communication logs.
  • Track campaign performance, leads, and conversions.
  • Support vendor coordination, printing, logistics, and event materials.
  • Coordinate with fundraising and program teams to collect stories, photos, and reports.
