Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage

    Google Shopping Ads, Performance Max, and Merchant Center feeds

    for ecommerce brands.
  • Optimize campaigns for

    ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and overall revenue growth.

  • Conduct

    product feed optimization

    and maintain compliance with Merchant Center policies.
  • Run

    A/B tests

    on ads, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize conversions.
  • Collaborate with design, tech, and brand managers to

    improve customer journeys and site conversions.

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using

    GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.

  • Stay updated on

    Google Ads trends, ecommerce benchmarks, and competitor activities.


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in

    Google Ads (Shopping, Performance Max, Search, Display)

    for ecommerce/D2C brands.
  • Strong understanding of

    ecommerce conversion funnels

    and performance marketing KPIs.
  • Proficiency with

    Google Merchant Center, GA4, Tag Manager, Excel/Data Studio.

  • Agency background or experience managing

    multiple ecommerce accounts

    is highly preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication & presentation skills.
