Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize
Google Shopping Ads
and
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
campaigns focused on
conversions and ROAS
.
Manage
product feeds, catalogs, and shopping integrations
across Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager.
Execute
sales-driven campaigns
across Search, Display, Retargeting, Shopping, and Paid Social.
Monitor and optimize budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI and achieve revenue goals.
Collaborate with the
e-commerce & creative teams
to align campaigns with offers, promotions, and product availability.
Run
A/B testing
on ad creatives, placements, and landing pages to improve performance.
Track and analyze performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc.), preparing detailed reports and insights.
Stay updated with the latest
Google & Meta Ads features, trends, and e-commerce best practices
.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience
in running
Google Shopping and Meta Ads campaigns
for e-commerce.
Strong understanding of
conversion optimization, ROAS targets, and performance marketing KPIs
.
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and tracking tools
.
Knowledge of
catalog feeds, event tracking, and pixel integrations
.
Experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce integrations is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable growth strategies.
