Job Description

A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing overall digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales across various online platforms. They are involved in all stages of marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels like social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising. Content Creation & Optimization: Create engaging content (website copy, blog posts, social media updates, etc.) and optimize it for search engines (SEO). Social Media Management: Manage and optimize the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and social listening. Website Management: Ensure the company website is optimized for user experience, search engines, and conversions. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets for different campaigns and channels. Lead Generation & Conversion: Implement strategies to generate leads and drive conversions through various digital channels. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (sales, content, design, etc.) to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution. Skills Required: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing principles. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Creativity and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
