Job Summary:

The Social Media and Marketing Executive at EventGraphia will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that highlight our brand’s unique storytelling through wedding photography. This role requires a blend of creativity, an understanding of wedding and digital trends, and proficiency in social media and digital marketing to drive engagement, generate leads, and strengthen EventGraphia’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to attract engaged couples, wedding planners, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with wedding industry and social media trends, integrating them into marketing plans.
  • Identify target demographics — engaged couples, newlyweds, and families — to create campaigns that resonate with their aspirations.

2. Content Creation & Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms — including trending reels, wedding stories, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Collaborate with the photography team to select and showcase the best visuals, ensuring they align with the brand’s aesthetic and tone.
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with wedding seasons, festivals, and brand events.

3. Community Management:

  • Actively engage with followers by responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with wedding influencers, bloggers, and industry professionals.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, ensuring high client satisfaction and a positive brand image.

4. Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns on social media platforms, including paid Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for lead generation.
  • Manage ad budgets, audience targeting, and performance optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the photography and sales teams to design campaigns around specific themes, styles, or offers.
  • Execute collaborations, giveaways, and influencer tie-ups to boost brand reach.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze performance using tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Provide regular performance reports highlighting engagement, reach, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Use data insights to optimize campaigns and refine marketing strategies for better outcomes.

6. Branding & Awareness:

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Enhance brand visibility through creative storytelling that captures authentic wedding moments.
  • Highlight client testimonials, unique wedding stories, and successful projects to build trust and brand loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
