Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing day-to-day digital activities, creating engaging content, and optimizing campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, PPC, and email marketing. Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop basic content (captions, creatives, blogs) and coordinate with the creative team for production and publishing. Social Media Management: Schedule and monitor posts across social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), respond to comments, and support community building. SEO Support: Optimize web pages for on-page SEO, perform keyword research, and track SERP performance. SEM Support: Assist in managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) including monitoring budgets and click-through rates. Email Marketing: Draft and schedule email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or HubSpot. Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance via tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and generate regular performance reports. Lead Generation: Assist in implementing and monitoring lead generation campaigns and landing page performance. Market Research: Research industry trends and competitors to identify content opportunities and campaign improvements. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing; agency or tech startup experience preferred. Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, basic SEO tools (SEMrush, Ubersuggest), and social scheduling tools (Zoho Social, Buffer, etc.). Skills: Strong verbal and written communication Attention to detail and ability to multitask Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of Canva or creative tools is a plus Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
