About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in sales and performance marketing to drive high-ticket lead generation and client onboarding. This role demands a dynamic professional who can confidently close deals, manage sales pipelines, and communicate directly with decision-makers in the D2C space.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify high-ticket leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, and manual outreach
• Respond to inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals
• Conduct virtual meetings with D2C brand founders and decision-makers
• Share customized proposals, pricing decks, and handle objections
• Close retainers for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Funnel Strategy services
• Maintain and track sales pipeline using CRM tools or spreadsheets
• Coordinate with internal onboarding teams post-sale closure

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory)
• In-depth understanding of performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads, Funnels)
• Proven ability to close high-ticket retainers (₹50K–₹5L/month)
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach tools
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage C-level conversations
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
• Location Preference: Gurgaon or nearby areas only
