Ameya Digital is a Kolkata-based digital marketing agency helping 50+ brands grow through powerful storytelling, content creation, and strategic campaigns. We’re looking for a social media-savvy Digital Marketing Executive who’s passionate about content trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage social media content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Write captions, scripts, and campaign copy aligned with each brand’s tone
Coordinate with designers and video editors to develop engaging reels, carousels, and stories
Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite or Creator Studio
Analyze performance reports and help optimize content based on insights
Monitor trends, competitor content, and viral formats
Support paid ad execution and reporting when needed (Meta & Google)
Requirements:
Must be based in Kolkata and open to a hybrid working setup
1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)
Strong grasp of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
Proficiency in writing captions, content ideas, and engaging copy
Understanding of social media algorithms, hashtags, reels trends, and best practices
Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and social media management tools
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with Meta Ads Manager or influencer marketing
Basic knowledge of SEO and website CMS (like WordPress)
Knowledge of Bengali and Hindi languages is a plus
