Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, content creation, and tracking performance across all platforms. This role is critical for building our brand's online presence and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, Reels, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency in tone and style.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Create and manage engaging content for company websites, blogs, and social media platforms to attract and retain customers.
  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, including designing Flyers, Posters, B newsletters and analyzing performance metrics to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep strategies current and effective.
  • Manage the company's online presence, ensuring consistent branding across all digital platforms.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn), and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • 12-24 months of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
