About NoCap Creative is a bold new-age creative startup for brands and creators who believe in authentic, high-impact storytelling. We’re building a content-first engine that delivers value without filters or fluff — no cap. Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Co-founder to partner with us and take this vision to real scale. We don’t just want a digital marketer. We want a marketing mastermind who can take a raw creative vision and turn it into a revenue-generating brand. From setting up campaigns and funnels to building the marketing engine from scratch — you’ll lead the entire growth front. Requirements : Build and execute full-stack marketing strategies (organic, paid, influencer, email, SEO, partnerships, etc.). Launch performance campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging channels. Craft compelling brand narratives and create conversion-driven content strategies. Design and optimize the sales funnel to drive consistent revenue. Track KPIs, analyze user behavior, and improve conversion rates across the board. Help build scalable monetization models — services, products, memberships, courses, etc. Lead or guide future team hires, freelancers, or collabs with creators/brands. Qualifications : 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or performance branding. Have worked on ad campaign budgets of Rs. 10 lakh + Has previously started or wanted to start your own marketing agency Have helped scale startups, content agencies, D2C brands, or creator businesses. Proficient with tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Zapier, HubSpot, Notion, and Webflow. Versatile — you’re a mix of analytical, creative, and execution-heavy.
