I'm an aspiring content creator. I have various options of niches to choose from like fitness, fashion, marketing, business, nutrition, tech, ai, comedy, dark humor etc. We'll test out different niches and formats to narrow down to 3-4 winnings niches. The job is to research trends, script, direct and edit content in my niches, for me. The job is primarily incentive based. You have to be a person who has deep knowledge of viral content and how to get people's attention, retain it and eventually monetize. The potential of this role is limitless, The more I grow, the more you earn, simple. Requirements • Ability to ideate, research trends, script, direct and edit content in my niches. • Deep knowledge of hooks, content creation, viewer retention, engagement and viral content ( primarily reels) • Past experience of creating viral content on Instagram. • Ability to write and ideate original content without chatgpt ( leverage it but don't rely on it) • Great research skills and eye to detail. • Ability to edit the clips into a viral worthy reel with suitable bgm, transitions and effects. • Being a good listener, understanding my thought process and sync together. • Curiosity to learn more and take ownership of your work. Location : remote Shift : full-time Fixed pay : Rs. 5000/month Incentives: (per reel/short) 100k+ views - Rs. 500 500k+ views - Rs. 1000 1M+ views - Rs. 2500 5M+ views - Rs. 5000 10M+ views - Rs. 10000 (reel views are calculated over 30 days from the day of posting) There is no capping on incentives or the number of reels posted per month, as long as the guidelines are met.
