Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Client Relation Specialist with a strong background in Email Marketing and Social Media Management. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and experience in managing client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Develop engaging content, manage posting schedules, and monitor analytics to optimize campaign performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and maintain strong long-term relationships.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Email Marketing and Social Media Management.
• Strong understanding of email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) and social media analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client communications professionally and efficiently.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
