Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google, with a focus on growth and acquisition across a multi-channel approach.

· Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, including cost per acquisition, ROI.

· Identify trends and insights, optimize spends and performance

· Create growth strategies for traffic and enquiries

· Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment across PPC and paid marketing campaigns

· Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers

· Reviewing and analyzing a portfolio of sites for areas that can be improved and optimized in terms of user journey and landing page experience

· Identifying powerful and high intent keywords to drive the most valuable traffic

· Work closely with the regional sales & reservation team to improve the quality of enquiries from ecommerce

Requirements:

· 5-8 years’ experience.

· Strong academic background

· Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search & Display Ads

· A can do attitude

· Demonstrable record of managing large PPC budgets

· Great attention to detail

· Experience working on a digital marketplace with high traffic

· Experience in creating a high value global audience

· Excellent communication skills to speak to international audiences

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and inspire

· Strong experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

· Track record of utilizing data-driven analysis to improve marketing KPIs, and ecommerce performance.

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

· Ability to identify and curate marketing campaigns that respond to the varying consumer personas e,g, Luxury, Budget and Corporate Travelers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,163.22 - ₹80,649.65 per month
