Job Overview:

The Assistant Manager will support the Paid Campaigns Manager in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms for a hospital chain. The role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in campaign management and an eagerness to grow in a high-performance, regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and management of paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and more.
Monitor daily campaign performance and flag issues or optimization opportunities.
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
Track leads, conversion events, and collaborate with CRM/operations to ensure lead quality.
Prepare campaign reports and performance dashboards.
Maintain and update campaign trackers, budgets, and schedules.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Stay updated on latest digital trends and ad platform changes.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with paid digital campaigns.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Healthcare/medical marketing experience is a plus.
