PAID CAMPAIGN MANAGER

Job Overview:

The Paid Campaigns Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across all digital platforms for a multi-location hospital chain. The role requires a deep understanding of healthcare consumer behavior, compliance with healthcare advertising guidelines, and expertise in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement paid media strategies for patient acquisition, service-line promotion, and brand awareness.
    • Coordinate with hospital units to understand services and seasonal demand for tailored campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution:

    • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, programmatic display, and remarketing campaigns.
    • Create and oversee PPC, display, video, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Performance Optimization:

    • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs like CPL, ROI, CTR, conversions, etc.
    • A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:

    • Work closely with internal teams (content, creative, CRM) and external digital agencies.
    • Coordinate with hospital operations teams to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.
  • Reporting & Insights:

    • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
    • Provide actionable insights and forecast budget and performance.
  • Budget Management:

    • Allocate and monitor monthly paid media budgets across channels and geographies.
    • Ensure efficient use of budget to maximize ROI.
  • Compliance:

    • Ensure all campaigns meet healthcare advertising regulations and patient data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA or local equivalents).

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Knowledge of healthcare services and patient journey mapping.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-location or region-based campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
