About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager with a strong background in running and managing high-budget paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in paid campaign execution, budget management, and performance optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker and analytical problem-solver who can maximize ROI and scale campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and email platforms.
  • Allocate and manage large advertising budgets efficiently to achieve business goals.
  • Develop audience segmentation, targeting, and ad copy/creative direction.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Implement advanced tactics like retargeting, lookalike audiences, and smart bidding.
  • Use Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, and campaign dashboards to monitor KPIs.
  • Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, CAC, ROI, and funnel metrics.
  • Recommend actionable insights for scaling campaigns.
  • Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid).
  • Manage automation, personalization, and lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Track open rates, CTR, conversions, and improve deliverability.
  • Work with design/content teams for high-performing creatives and landing pages.
  • Partner with sales/product teams to align campaigns with organizational goals.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience managing and optimizing large paid media budgets.
  • Proven success in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email campaign platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex campaign data.
  • Experience with advanced bidding strategies, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, GA4, and email automation tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies is a plus.
