Digital Marketing Associate

Develop and implement integrated digital strategies to achieve business goals.

● Create, curate, and manage engaging content across formats (written, visual, audio/podcast)

and platforms.

● Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

● Conduct search marketing efforts including keyword research, SEO (on-page & off-page),

and paid advertising (Google Ads, social media).

● Write compelling ad copy, design engaging creatives, and optimize campaigns for performance

● Analyze and track key metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition

Cost (CAC), and Customer Retention Cost (CRC) to improve ROI.

● Design and manage visual content for social media, ads, landing pages, blogs, email

campaigns with emotion regulation and social bonding to make it look more appealing.

● Develop and expand community and influencer outreach to increase brand visibility.

● Create and manage a daily content calendar including posts such as reels, stories, images,

videos, ads, and written content.

● Create and manage an online review funnel; monitor and respond to reviews to build

reputation.

● Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and digital advocacy.

● Stay up to date with trends in tools, algorithms, platforms, and design to keep strategies fresh

and effective.

● Analyze campaign performance by using Cost per click, use data insights and translate

findings into strategy improvements.

Pay: ₹8,898.07 - ₹20,494.36 per month
