Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end setup and launch of campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, ensuring accuracy and efficiency (bulk setup tools knowledge is a plus).

Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor live campaigns, flag anomalies, and apply optimization strategies to maximize performance and meet business objectives.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to identify trends, insights, and early warnings for corrective actions.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, CRM, and product teams to ensure all campaign assets and inputs are aligned for timely launches.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance marketing, with strong knowledge of KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.

Strong command of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis & reporting.

Familiarity with bulk setup tools is an added advantage.

Core Competencies:

Detail-oriented with high accuracy in managing repetitive tasks.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification is a strong plus.
