3. Handle social media content: posts, reels, ads

4. Manage online lead generation & nurture funnels

5. Track performance using analytics tools

6. Support branding, content creation & engagement activities

Drive the entire sales cycle:

Lead → Pitch → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure

1. Understand client challenges & recommend the right ZOHO solutions

2. Conduct product demos & follow-ups

3. Maintain CRM data & prepare reports

4. Strong communication & interpersonal skills

5. Show ownership, initiative, and teamwork
