Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products/services, enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create, manage, and publish engaging content across digital platforms (social media, blogs, website, newsletters).
  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation, reviews, and customer engagement.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and new growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–2 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, content writing, and copywriting skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of WordPress/website management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
