Job summary
The Digital Marketing Analyst is a data-driven professional responsible for evaluating and optimizing digital marketing efforts through data analysis and strategic insights. This role works closely with the marketing team to track campaign performance, analyse consumer behaviour, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

· Data collection and analysis:

o Gather, analyse, and interpret customer, marketing, and web behavioral data using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude.

o Analyse key metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

· Performance monitoring and reporting:

o Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs and communicate findings to stakeholders.

o Monitor paid, organic, and referral traffic to assess overall marketing effectiveness and brand visibility.

· Campaign optimization:

o Provide insights and recommendations to optimize digital strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and social media marketing.

· Strategic collaboration:

o Work with cross-functional teams, such as content, product, and sales, to implement data-driven solutions and refine marketing campaigns.

o Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for growth.

Required skills and qualifications

· Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics.

· Data visualization tools: Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Looker Studio.

· Digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, social media analytics tools.

· SEO/SEM tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.

· Data manipulation: Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.

Educational requirements

· A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is typically required.

· Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ), Google Ads Certification,
