Digital Marketing Analyst

Thrillark is a fast-growing digital platform in the travel and experiences space, focused on driving online growth through performance marketing and data-driven strategies. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst / Performance Marketer to support our paid media, organic growth, and conversion optimization efforts.

This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to performance marketing, paid social media, growth marketing, and analytics in a fast-paced digital environment.

What you'll do:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram Ads)
• Work on improving website and landing page performance to increase conversions
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
• Track key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
• Support A/B testing, creative optimization, and audience targeting
• Assist in identifying growth opportunities and performance gaps
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers

We like:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
• Working knowledge of paid media and core digital marketing concepts
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads / paid social platforms
• Comfortable working with numbers, performance data, and basic reports
• Curious mindset with willingness to learn, test, and optimize in a performance-driven environment
