What You’ll Be Doing Providing friendly, helpful support through phone, email, and chat Assisting travelers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and general questions Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer feedback is shared and acted on Keeping up with our experiences and destinations to guide customers confidently Making every customer interaction feel smooth, personal, and positive What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and approachable A genuine interest in travel and helping people A calm, solution-oriented approach to handling issues Good organizational skills to manage multiple conversations and tasks Someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and work well with the team Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required Who Can Apply College graduates or freshers who are confident, quick learners, and excited to work in travel and tech No prior experience?
