About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing marketing assets, creating engaging content, and running paid campaigns across digital platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels.
• Design marketing templates, banners, and promotional videos for online campaigns.
• Develop and post engaging social media content, including reels, stories, and ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on ROI and KPIs.
• Support branding and marketing goals through creative content and ad copy.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of running paid ads on platforms like Meta and Google.
• Ability to create visually appealing designs and short-form videos (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus).
• Strong grasp of social media content formats – especially Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Shorts.
• Good analytical skills to assess campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in the travel, aviation, or tech industry.
• Working knowledge of basic SEO & Google Analytics.
• Passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
