Plan and manage digital campaigns to generate qualified leads for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
Track and analyze campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase website visibility and organic traffic
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop effective digital content and creatives
Monitor lead generation funnels, track user behavior on landing pages, and optimize for higher conversion rates
Prepare and present regular performance reports (traffic, leads, CPC, ROI, etc.) with actionable insights
Manage online listings on real estate portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.) and track their performance
Coordinate with external digital agencies or vendors (if applicable) for execution and performance tracking
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive campaigns, and digital best practices in the real estate space
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Certifications in Digital Marketing / Google Ads / Analytics are a plus
Prior experience with real estate builders, developers, or property consultants is highly preferred
