Design Manager / Senior Architect

• Overseeing design and design coordination from Corporate Office, preparing working plans, feasibility checking, detail drawings from rough/detailed sketches, notes and coordinating activities.
• To work closely with In-house design/architect team, project architects and project heads.
• Coordination with consultants, clients, and site engineers.
• Preparation of basic master plans and floor plans as per requirement.
• Should be able to get shop drawings done.
• Should have exposure to statutory codes / Building norms, high-end finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works and MEP Works.
• Coordination with site representatives of the services team and finishing agencies.
• Handling projects right after design drawings to coordinate with various consultants to freeze the work on the design.
• Preparing & working detail of drawings, set for construction.
• Regular site observation & check to ensure the working on site as per architecture.
• Site coordination.
• Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations.
• Good knowledge in Structural & Architectural Design Coordination of MEP Services works like Electrical, IBMS, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire fighting, and other auxiliary works.
• Preparing building models and structure plans.
• Creating blueprints and making alterations based on the feedback from the Project.
• Undertaking regular site visits and inspections.

Desired Candidate's Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or a related discipline.
• 15-20 years of experience as an Architect in a reputed Design firms, architectural firms or Real Estate or construction company.
• Strong knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Should have handled High rise Residential, Villas, Commercial, IT Parks Projects.
• Strong understanding of the rules and regulations governing the Construction industry.
• Familiarity with design software like Adobe Photoshop and 3d Studio VIZ.
• Highly creative and detail-oriented individual.
• Up to date with the latest architectural designs and trends.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Having an eye for detail.
